`BOOK 10r/ PAGE ` 9 <br />Commissioner Ginn asked if traffic impact (of a drive-in restaurant) had been taken <br />into consideration, and Director Keating assured her that it had been. <br />Vice Chairman Macht asked if the location would be subject to the Wabasso Corridor <br />requirements, and Director Keating replied in the affirmative adding that the applicant has <br />met all the criteria. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in <br />this matter. There being none, he closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously adopted Ordinance <br />98-022 amending the Zoning Ordinance and the Accompanying <br />Zoning Map from CL to CG for property located at the <br />southeast comer of US 1 and 87' Street. (McCormick, et al - <br />Burger King) <br />ORDINANCE NO. 98- 2 2 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING <br />ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FROM CL TO CG, FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF US 1 AND 871*H STREET, AND <br />DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the local planning agency on <br />such matters, has held a public hearing and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this <br />rezoning request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did <br />publish its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that this rezoning is in <br />conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public hearing pursuant to this <br />rezoning request, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the zoning of the following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />September 22, 1998 <br />32 <br />
