Announce Millage and percentage of increase in Millage over Rolled <br />Back Rate necessary to fund the Budget, if any, and Specific Purposes <br />for which Ad Valorem Tax Revenues are being increased <br />C. Receive comments from the public <br />D. Consider any Proposed Amendments to Tentative Budget and Calculate <br />Revised Tentative Millage Rate (if revised) <br />E.
