U.) <br />Administrator Chandler announced the millage rate was 1.5159,.04% less than the <br />rollback millage rate, for a total budget of $16,355,321. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in <br />this matter. There being none, he closed the public hearing. <br />Director Baird read the title of the proposed ordinance to establish the millage rate of <br />1.5159 mills for the MSTU. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Ginn absent) adopted Resolution 98-101 <br />establishing the tax millage rate to be levied upon all real and <br />personal taxable property in Indian River County, Florida, for <br />FY 1998-99 for the Indian River County General Purpose <br />Municipal Service Taxing Unit.
