Vitunat,%ou�nty Attorney <br />DATE: September 30, 1998 <br />SUBJECT: Nineteenth Circuit Conflict Committee <br />Chief Judge Kanarek has requested that the Board of County Commissioners <br />designate a representative to the subject committee as required by Section <br />925.037, F.S. A copy of his letter request is attached. <br />Mr. O'Brien of this office handles conflict and overload matters for the County. <br />The Board may want to consider naming him as the County representative. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Eggert absent) adopted Resolution 98-118 <br />appointing a representative to the Circuit Conflict Committee. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98.t 1 R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE TO <br />THE CIRCUIT CONFLICT COMMITTEE. <br />WHEREAS, Section 925.037, Florida Statutes, requires the Board to <br />appoint a representative to the Circuit Conflict Committee, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that: <br />Terrence P. O'Brien, Assistant County Attorney, is hereby designated the <br />County's representative on the Circuit Conflict Committee. <br />The resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner <br />a d a m -; and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />G, a[) , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />October 20, 1998 <br />37 <br />BOOK 107 PAGE -3 e <br />
