Greene, Jr. and Harlot H. Greene <br />DATE: October 12, 1998 <br />The property owner has executed a contract at a negotiated price of $18,000.00 per acre <br />for the A-1 zoned land. This price per acre is comparable to other similar A-1 parcels the <br />County has purchased within the market area based upon appraisals or evaluations. <br />The contract price is $5,400.00 based on a total of .30 acre as determined by the legal <br />description. The Sellers Attorney fees of $750.00 will also be paid by the County.
