US -98 -15 -CS, <br />US -98 -17 -CS, UW -98 -16 -DS <br />BACKGROUND <br />On February 6, 1996, the Board of County Commissioners approved an <br />agreement with Carter Associates, Inc., for roadway modification <br />engineering services on 43d Avenue. As a result of the roadway <br />improvements, numerous utility adjustments are necessitated.
