Keating, AICP <br />Community Developmen Dir r <br />FROM: Sasan Rohani, AICP S <br />Chief, Long -Range Planning <br />DATE: October 29, 1998 <br />RE: REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF PROGRESS REPORT & REIlVIBURSEIVIENT <br />INVOICE #3 FOR THE 1998 TRANSPORTATION DISADVANTAGED <br />PLANNING GRANT <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of County <br />Commissioners at their regular meeting of November 10, 1998. <br />It is required, as part of the Transportation Disadvantaged (TD) Planning Grant contract between the <br />Indian River County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) as the Designated Official Planning <br />Agency (DOPA) and the State of Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged (CTD), <br />that periodic progress reports and reimbursement invoices be submitted. To comply with the CTD's <br />requirements, staff has prepared a progress report and invoice for the period from July 1, 1998 to <br />September 30, 1998. <br />For the 1998 planning grant period, the invoice and progress report represent the third submittal. <br />This progress report and applicable finished products, such as the Local Coordinating Board (LCB) <br />meeting agenda items, CTC reports, etc., are required to accompany all reimbursement invoices. <br />On October 29, 1998, the Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board (TDLCB) <br />reviewed and approved the attached progress report and invoice. At that time, the TDLCB <br />recommended that the Board of County Commissioners, in its capacity as the Transportation <br />Disadvantaged Program Designated Official Planning Agency (DOPA), approve the attached <br />progress report and invoice and forward these to the CTD. <br />Attached is a copy of the progress report and invoice for the July 1, 1998 to September 30, 1998 <br />period. <br />Finished products such as TDLCB meeting agenda items, CTC reports, and other pertinent reports <br />are required to accompany all reimbursement invoices.
