e <br />Section 3. Filing of Bonds. <br />Any bonds required by this ordinance of Constitutional Officers in office at the <br />adoption of this ordinance shall be filed with the Clerk within 30 days after the effective <br />date of this ordinance, and kept in force during the Officer's term of office. For <br />Constitutional Officers who take office after the effective date of this ordinance, the <br />bond shall be filed with the Clerk by the time the Officer takes the Oath of Office. <br />Section 4. Effective Date <br />This ordinance shall take effect upon becoming law. <br />The ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press Journal on the 20 <br />day of N n v p m h p r , 1998, for a public hearing to be held on the _ A day of <br />December , 1998, at which time it was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />M a c h t , seconded by Commissioner Adams , and adopted by <br />the following vote: <br />Chairman John W.
