800K 10 8 FAGS <br />Resolution No. 99 - 0 4 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County's Land Acquisition Advisory Committee has identified the overall <br />Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge Buffer project on its priority list of environmental land acquisitions; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA: <br />Section 1. That the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners hereby supports <br />federal acquisition of the herein described property to serve as a buffer to the Pelican Island National <br />Wildlife Refuge, and urges Congress to allocate monies from the Land and Water Conservation Fund for the <br />purchase.
