ML4CELLANEO US B UDGET AMENDMENT #ODS <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of January 12, 1999: <br />TO: Members of the Board <br />of County Commissioners <br />DATE: January 12, 1999 <br />SUBJECT: MISCELLANEOUS BUDGET AMENDMENT 005 <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />FROM: Joseph A. Bair <br />OMB Director <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The attached budget amendment is to appropriate funding for the following: <br />1. Youth Guidance has received a donation of $4,453.00 This contribution will be used to <br />fund a temporary position for the department. <br />2. All road projects and optional sales tax projects not completed in the previous fiscal year <br />are moved forward to the current year. The attached entry appropriates funding. <br />3. The Property Appraiser's budget for fiscal year 1998/99 was overstated. Attached is an <br />entry which reduces the budget to the appropriate level. <br />4. An additional $16,000 is needed to fund the G.I.S. needs in the county for the 1998/99 <br />fiscal year. We will fund this using a portion of the savings from the reduction of the <br />Property Appraiser's budget in the General Fund. <br />RECOWdENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County_ Commissioners approve the attached budget <br />amendment. <br />JANUARY 19, 1999 <br />
