1.) To apply for an Economic Development CDBG as requested by CRA Care Centers and <br />authorize staff to prepare a request for proposals (RFP) to hire a consultant to prepare the <br />application and administer the grant; or <br />2.) The following answers <br />correspond numerically to your questions. <br />1. Audited financial statements are not required because of their high cost, <br />but they are fully acceptable. However, if a corporation has prepared audited financial <br />statements, we do expect those to be used, not a set of financial statements prepared <br />solely for application purposes <br />2. The only standard "due diligence requirements that are incurred by the_. <br />county before passing a CDBG grant on to a for-profit company in the form of a loan are <br />listed below. The Department cannot assure the county that there might not be <br />something else required, based on the specifics of a particular application.
