Commissioner Tippin thanked Judge Kanarek for his willingness to cooperate and <br />noted that the criticisms were leveled toward the "experts" only. <br />Commissioner Adams felt a flat fee arrangement might help and questioned the use <br />of out of town. experts. <br />Judge Kanarek responded that travel for experts is not permitted unless there is no <br />expert in the area who can do the work. <br />NO BOARD ACTION REQUIRED OR TAKEN. <br />9.A.1.
