Keating, AICP,� <br />Community Development hector+-/ <br />-4-6; <br />THROUGH: Stan Boling, AICP <br />Planning Director <br />FROM: John McCoy, AICAdiZ R <br />Senior Planner, Current Development <br />DATE: March 3, 1999 <br />SUBJECT: On Site Management Group Inc.'s Request to Rezone Approximately 602.99 <br />Acres From RM -8, Residential Multi -Family (up to 8 units/acre), and A-1, <br />Agricultural 1 (up to 1 unit/5 acres), to Planned Development Traditional <br />Neighborhood Design (PDTND) and Receive Conceptual Planned Development <br />Plan Approval <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of County <br />Commissioners at its regular meeting of March 9, 1999 <br />This is a request by On Site Management Group, Inc., through its agent Masteller & Moler, Inc., to <br />rezone approximately 602.99 acres from RM -8, Residential Multi -Family (up to 8 units/acre), and <br />A-1, Agricultural 1 (up to 1 unit/5 acres), to PDTND (Planned Development Traditional <br />Neighborhood Design). As part of the rezoning request, a conceptual PD plan has been submitted <br />for approval. The site is located between SR 60 and 81' Street; east of 82nd Avenue and West of 661' <br />Avenue (please see attachment #2). The purpose of this request is to secure a zoning district and <br />conceptual PD plan approval that allows a Traditional Neighborhood Design project. <br />MARCH 9, 1999 <br />
