BOOK 103 FACE 792 <br />Attached is the latest Interim Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding with all the <br />changes made the Board of County Commissioners and approved by the Department of <br />Environmental Protection. This Interim Agreement is identical to that already approved <br />by the Board with the exception of the addition of the words "not to exceed $100,000" In <br />paragraph 10. This language was added back into the agreement at the direction of <br />Commissioner Adams who had been in contact with the DEP. The attorney for the DEP, <br />M.B.
