_I <br />BOOK FAGE &J15 <br />As allowed under provisions of the LDRs, Creative Choice Homes LTD, is requesting a full one year <br />extension of the site plan approval expiration date. Pursuant to Chapter 914 of the LDRs, the Board <br />of County Commissioners may deny, approve, or approve with additional conditions the requested <br />site plan extension. Staff has no objections to tha Board granting the request since the previously <br />approved site plan substantially conforms to existing LDR requirements. <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve Creative Choice Homes LTD's <br />request for a one year extension of the conceptual site plan approval with all original site plan <br />approval conditions to remain in effect. The new site plan approval expiration date will be February <br />26, 2000. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Stanbridge, the <br />Board unanimously approved Creative Choice <br />Homes LTD's request for a one-year extension of <br />the conceptual site plan approval with all original <br />site plan approval conditions to remain in effect, <br />with a new expiration date of February 26, 2000, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />7.I.
