White, Executive Aide to Board <br />Date: March 22, 1999 <br />Subject: City of Vero Beach appointments to County committees <br />It is requested that the Board accept the attach appointments of the City of <br />Vero Beach to County committees. <br />Commissioner Ginn questioned whether an appointment from each municipality can <br />be made to the Beach and Shore Advisory Committee, and Commissioner Adams responded <br />affirmatively. <br />ONMOTIONbyCommissioner Ginn, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Stanbridge, the Board <br />unanimously accepted the following appointments of <br />the City of Vero Beach to county committees: <br />COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS <br />1999 <br />1. CITY REPRESENTATIVE TO COUNTY RECREATION COMMITTEE <br />This Committee meets in the first floor conference room at the Cowin Administration Building. <br />The meetings are held the first Thursday of every other month at 10:00 a.m. <br />Councilman Jack Grosser - Term to expire January 2000 <br />2. EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br />This Board meas twice a year in the first floor conference room at the Courcy Administration <br />Building. The meetings are at 1:00 p.m. <br />Councilwoman Sandra Bowden - Term to expire January 2002 <br />3. TREASURE COAST COUNCIL OF LOCAL GOVERNMENTS <br />This Board meets the first Wednesday of every mouth at 10:00 a.m. The meetings are held in <br />conference room #3 in the Roger Poitras Amax Building (off of Virginia Ave.) <br />Councilwomen Sandra Bowden <br />4. TREASURE COAST REGIONAL PLANNING COUNCIL (voting member 1999/2000) <br />This Board meets the third Friday of each month at 9:30 a.m. The meetings are held at the <br />Howard Johnson Motor Lodge at 950 U.S.#1 in Stuart <br />Vice Mayor Tom White <br />5.
