Sean McGuire, P.E. 4,,Z <br />Project Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Frontage Road, Final Payment <br />Project No. 8530C <br />DATE: April 6, 1999 <br />Ranger Construction, Industries has requested and is entitled to <br />Final Payment and Release of Retainage on this contract. All work <br />has been satisfactorily completed.
