The applicant is requesting the waiver so he will not be <br />required to construct an on site retention area if the waiver is granted. <br />Alternative No. 1 <br />Grant the cut and fill balance waiver based on the criteria of Section 930.07(2)(d)1. <br />Alternative No. 2 <br />Deny the cut and fill waiver.
