Commissioner Ginn recognized the members of the Utilities Advisory Committee <br />who were in the audience (Messrs. Kubik, White, Miller and Nelson) and expressed <br />appreciation to them for the many hours they gave as a public service. <br />Mike Rocca of Hartman and Associates thanked the Board for the opportunity to <br />participate in our community. He advised he would be covering a lot of data in his <br />presentation. He hoped all their questions would be answered in the presentation, but <br />offered to address any questions they might have.
