Proposed Ordinance Amending the LDRs <br />Chairman Macht understood this first public hearing ofthe proposed LDR's is to give <br />direction to staff for changes the Board wished to make prior to their vote at the second <br />public hearing on May 4, 1999, at 9:05 a.m. Due to the nature of the items and the public <br />present who wished to speak, he changed the order so that item 4 would be first; item 11 <br />would be second; and item 5 would be third. He requested and received consensus from the <br />Commissioners to change the order of the items as announced. <br />Planning Director Stan Boling advised that there might also be people present to speak <br />on the Wabasso Corridor Plan Requirements Update (item 9) and suggested the Board might <br />wish to take that fourth.
