DeBlo' , AICP <br />Chief; Environmental Planning <br />DATE: April 13, 1999 <br />SUBJECT: Notice of Scheduled Public Hearing <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of County <br />Commissioners at its regular meeting of April 20, 1999. <br />Please be advised that the following public hearing has been scheduled for consideration by the <br />Jungle Trail Conservation Area (JTCA) Advisory Group at a meeting on Wednesday, April 21, 1999 <br />at 1:30 pm in First Floor Conference Room A of the County Administration Building: <br />Hearing/workshop for public comment on a draft management plan for the Jungle Trail <br />Conservation Area (aka., the Cairns and Irwin tract LAAC sites), located on Jungle Trail <br />south of Sea Oaks development, and on the oceanfront north and south of Grand Harbor <br />Beach Club. <br />The above referenced public hearing date is provided for the Board of County Commissioners <br />information. No action is needed. <br />Commissioner Adams questioned whether this is a notice of a Board of County <br />Commissioners' meeting or a meeting of the Jungle Trail Conservation Area Advisory <br />Group, and Chairman Macht responded that this is a meeting of the AdvisoryGroup, not the <br />County Commission. <br />NO ACTION REQUIRED OR TAKEN. <br />APRIL 20, 1999 <br />-37- BOOK D9 FACE 7 <br />
