ON MOTION made by Commissioner Tippin, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Grin, the Board <br />unanimously agreed to send Item 4, Distinguishing <br />Piers from Docks and Item 5, Height of Buildings: <br />Multiple Roof Structures and Roof Peaks back to <br />staff for revision pursuant to directions given to <br />MR <br />ON MOTION made by Commissioner Adams, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Ginn, the Board <br />unanimously agreed to: (1) revise Item 10, Home <br />Occupations, by adding to Paragraph D,5: "In such <br />cases, no more than two non-resident employees <br />shall be allowed to park their vehicles or meet on the <br />home occupation premises."; and (2) directed staffto <br />revise Item 12, Wabasso Corridor Plan Requirements <br />Update and hold a public workshop to get further <br />input from citizens regarding this proposed Plan <br />Update. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Stanbridge, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Ginn, the Board <br />unanimously appointed Tom Lowe, Ruth Meyers, <br />Steve Parsons, Mary Fredell, John Atz, and JeffBass <br />to the Wabasso Corridor Plan Ongoing Review Task <br />Force; and adopted Ordinance 99-013 amending the <br />Land Development Regulations (LDRs) changing the <br />list of permitted uses within the MED (Medical) <br />Zoning District, and amending the following <br />chapters of the Land Development Regulations <br />(LDRs): Chapter 901, Defmitions; Chapter 911, <br />Zoning; Chapter 912, Single -Family Development; <br />Chapter 913, Subdivisions and Plats; Chapter 917, <br />Accessory Uses and Structures; Chapter 934, <br />Excavation and Mining; Chapter 952, Traffic, and <br />Chapter 971, Regulations for Specific Land Use <br />Criteria. <br />MAY 49 1999 <br />LJ <br />-35- <br />Boa PACE 177 <br />
