Require an on site retention area be provided to compensate the <br />proposed floodplain displacement. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Staff recommends approval of Alternative No. 1. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1. Riverside National Bank of Florida - USERoseland - Cash <br />Deposit and Escrow Agreement or Utility Improvements <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of May 17, 1999: <br />TO: The Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: -William G. Collins II - Deputy County Attorney <br />DATE: May 17, 1999 <br />SUBJECT: Riverside National Bank of Florida - U.S. 1, Roseland <br />1 -Year Cash Warranty Bond for Utility Improvements <br />Riverside National Bank of Florida has constructed a branch office in Roseland <br />and, under the Bill of Sale of Utility Facility which the developer has executed, a <br />1 -year warranty bond for the utility improvements must be posted. The <br />developer has chosen to post a cash bond and has executed the attached Cash <br />Deposit and Escrow Agreement. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve the attached Cash Deposit and Escrow Agreement and authorize the <br />Chairman to execute same. <br />MAY 259 1999 <br />24 <br />
