r � <br />BOOK i0a Fn <br />E <br />SUBJECT: Final Payment for Contract #9056 <br />McCully Marine Services, Inc. <br />Artificial Reef Project <br />DATE: June 10, 1999 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />On May 11, 1999 during the Board of County Commission regular <br />meeting, the Board awarded bid #9056 to McCully Marine Services, <br />Inc. for professional services to deploy three (3) artificial <br />reefs. The work has been completed in accordance with the contract <br />and accepted by the County Project Manager. <br />RECONNaMATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends the final payment of $29,900 be released to the <br />contractor.
