The subject property is between 40 Street and 811 Street in the <br />7000 block. (Quasi - judicial) <br />2. Brad SprhgWs request for PD special acception use for an agricultural planned development <br />to be known as Walking Fox Farms. The subject property is located on the south side of 1' <br />Street SW in the 6300 block. (Quasi -judicial) <br />3. Indian River Courts Limited Partnership's request for conceptual special exception use PD <br />approval for a 236 unit single and multi -family planned development.
