Macht <br />Chairman <br />ACKNOWLEDGMENT of filing with the Department of State of the State of Florida, this <br />day of .1999. <br />County Attorney Vitunac noted that this item was proposed by Students Working <br />Against Tobacco (SWAT). Another county has already passed this ordinance and legal staff <br />thinks it is satisfactory. He introduced some members of SWAT for a quick update on their <br />research. <br />Leslie Cracraft of Indian River County Health Department noted that in recent <br />surveys taken by the students, approximately 2 weeks ago, Eckerd's is displaying cigars next <br />to school supplies and candy.
