Planning and Zoning Commission Minutes BY: <br />Community Development Director Bob Keating reviewed the memo i nd displayed <br />a site map on the ELMO. He also utilized pages 117 and 118 from the backu materials to <br />enhance his presentation. He advised this special exception use had been recommended by <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission as well as staff. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished 0 be heard in <br />this matter. <br />John Dean, 2223 10'h Avenue, speaking on behalf of the Bishop of the Diocese of <br />Palm Beach, thanked all who have helped this effort including those members of the Board <br />of County Commissioners who had assisted by their support. <br />It was determined that no one else wished to be heard and the Chairmin closed the <br />public hearing. <br />Chairman Macht complimented staff on their fine work and Mr. Dean ff or his efforts <br />in this matter. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously granted special <br />exception use approval for the proposed Samaritan Center <br />administrative office annex, as recommended by staff. <br />JULY 279 1999 <br />64 <br />
