July 27, 1999 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, met in Regular <br />Session at the County Commission Chambers, 1840 25' Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on <br />Tuesday, July 27, 1999. Present were Kenneth R Macht, Chairman; Fran B. Adams, Vice <br />Chairman; Caroline D. Ginn; Ruth Stanbridge; and John W. Tippin. Also present were <br />Public Works Director James Davis, Acting County Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, <br />County Attorney; and Patricia Ridgely, Deputy Clerk. <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. and welcomed Kim. Massung, <br />the newly appointed Executive Aide to the Board of County Commissioners. <br />2. INVOCATION <br />Commissioner Ginn delivered the invocation. <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Acting County Administrator/Public Works Director James Davis led the Pledge to <br />the Flag. <br />4. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Vice Chairman. Adams requested the addition of 13.B. - Clarification on the False <br />Alarm Ordinance. <br />Commissioner Stanbridge requested the addition of 13.D. concerning a permit <br />application of Lost Tree Village Corporation to the St. Johns River Water Management <br />District. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Stanbridge, the Board unanimously added the <br />requested items to the agenda. <br />JULY 279 1999 <br />1 <br />BOOK 103 PAGE 90" <br />
