<br />unanimously adopted Resolution 99-076 abandoning
<br />a 17 -foot portion of the rear lot 50 -foot drainage,
<br />utility and golf course maintenance easement of Lot
<br />10, Bent Pine, Unit 1 and Unit 2 Subdivision,
<br />according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
<br />Book 101 Pages 41 and 41a, of the Public Records of
<br />Indian River County, Florida (Felten - 5985 Club
<br />House Drive).

<br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING
<br />A SEVENTEEN (17) FOOT PORTION OF THE REAR LOT FIFTY (50) FOOT
<br />DRAINAGE, UULITY AND GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE EASEMENT OF LOT
<br />10, BENT - PINE, UNIT 1 AND UNIT 2 SUBDMSION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT
<br />THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 41 AND 41a, OF THE PUBLIC
<br />RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an easement as described below; and
<br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easement serves no public purpose;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida that:
<br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State
<br />of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor,
<br />to Kenneth D. Felten, successors in interest, heirs and assigns, whose mailing address is 5985 Club
<br />House Drive, Vero Beach, Florida 32967, as follows:
<br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in the
<br />following described easement:
<br />a seventeen (17) foot portion of the rear lot fifty (50) foot drainage, utility and golf
<br />course maintenance easement, more particularly described as being the northeasterly
<br />seventeen (17) feet of the southwesterly fifty (50) feet of Lot 10, Bent Pine - Unit 1 and
<br />Unit 2 Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Pages 41
<br />and 41A of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
