<br />unanimously adopted Resolution 99-077 abandoning
<br />a 4 -foot portion of the rear lot 50 -foot drainage,
<br />utility and golf course maintenance easement of Lot
<br />6, a replat of a portion of Bent Pine, Unit 3 and Unit
<br />4 Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, as
<br />recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 9, 9a and 9b, of the
<br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida
<br />(Ricci - 5851 Bent Pine Drive).

<br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING
<br />A FOUR (4) FOOT PORTION OF THE REAR LOT FIFTY (50) FOOT DRAINAGE,
<br />UTILITY AND GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE EASEMENT OF LOT 6, A REPLAT
<br />OF A PORTION OF BENT PINE, UNIT 3 AND UNIT 4 SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING
<br />TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 9,9A AND 9B,
<br />OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an easement as described below; and
<br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easement serves no public purpose;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida that:
<br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State
<br />of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor,
<br />to Thomas J. & Nancy A. Ricci, successors in interest, heirs and assigns, whose mailing address is P.O.
<br />1484, Vail, Colorado, 81658, as follows:
<br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in the
<br />following described easement:
<br />a four (4) foot portion of the rear lot fifty (50) foot drainage, utility and golf course
<br />maintenance easement, more particularly described as being the northeasterly four (4)
<br />feet of the southwesterly fifty (50) feet of Lot 6, a Replat of a portion of Bent Pine, Unit
<br />3 and Unit 4, Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 11
<br />Pages 9, 9A and 9B of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
