0 <br />8. August 5, 1992: TRC reviews Phase 1 final plat and issues discrepancy letter. <br />9. August 11, 1992: Board of County Commissioners follows Public Works' <br />recommendation and refuses to grant the second land development <br />permit extension until revised construction drawings are submitted to <br />Public Works. In essence, Sabonjohn must pursue a conditional <br />extension of the land development permit to facilitate completion of <br />Phase 1 and its platting. <br />10. September / October, 1992: Sabonjohn submits necessary construction drawing revisions <br />to Public Works. <br />11. October 20, 1992: Board of County Commissioners follows Public Works' <br />recommendation and grants another 120 day extension with a <br />condition of no further extensions until construction is complete or <br />bonded. <br />12. February 28,1994: Public Works issues Sabonjohn a discrepancy letter of Phase 1 <br />construction item problems. <br />13. June 20, 1995: Contractor Tim Rose submits cost estimate for work to complete <br />Phase 1 improvements. <br />14. July 12, 1995: Public Works responds to Sabonjohn with discrepancy letter <br />regarding cgst estimates. <br />15. August 15, 1995: Contractor Tim Rose responds to Public Works with new estimates. <br />16. August 22, 1995: Public Works responds to Sabonjohn with letter accepting the <br />drainage improvements cost estimate. <br />17. February 7, 1996: Utility Services Department verifies that the Phase 1 project utilities <br />are complete and acceptable. <br />18. February 22, 1996: Surveyor Bill Moody responds to April 1992 TRC --discrepancy letter <br />on Phase 1 final plat. <br />19. March 1996: Public Works and Attorney's Office final plat resubmittal <br />discrepancy comments received by planning and sent to applicant. <br />20. June 11, 1996: Public Works' inspection discrepancy comments, including problem <br />with wash-out at Lateral J Canal bank, received by planning and sent <br />to applicant. <br />21. November 19,1996: Public Works issues a certificate of completion for Phase (unit) 1, <br />certifying completion of all required improvements except street- <br />lights. Final plat drawings still not correct. <br />22. December / January 96/97: Planning staff receives Attorney's Office and Public Works <br />final plat drawing discrepancy comments and sends them to <br />Sabonjohn. <br />AUGUST 17, 1999 <br />57 <br />0 <br />
