Chandler, County Administrator <br />THRU: Tom Frame, General Services Director d -Q4. - <br />FROM: Mary Powell, Library Services Director <br />CiTRTF(`T• Ctate Aid Ap liwtinn Rr AD =ort <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Board of County Commissioners applies each year for the State Aid grant. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />The Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners' signature is required on the <br />attached application and agreement in order to receive state aid fiords. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff respectfully requests that the Board authorize its Chairman to sign the <br />application and agreement and return to the Library Services Director to be <br />forwarded to the appropriate State Library staff. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Tippin, the Board <br />unanimously approved the application and <br />agreement and authorized the Chairman to execute <br />same, as recommended by staff. <br />AUGUST 24, 1999 <br />AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE <br />OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />-21- E OOK iili 14 <br />F �'t: <br />• <br />
