APPROVE NON -AD VALOREM DOLLAR BUDGETS <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in this <br />matter. <br />Frank Coffey, 88 Cache Cay, questioned the assistance to the City of Sebastian in the amount <br />of $200,000 for their park, and Administrator Chandler responded that the 10 optional sales tax <br />expenditures were adopted in June, including a contingency amount to accommodate requests ofthis <br />nature. <br />There being no one else who wished to comment, the Chairman closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Tippin, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board (by a 4-0 vote, <br />Commissioner Ginn absent) unanimously adopted the <br />proposed budgets as follows: <br />1. <br />Housing Authority <br />$ 128,094 <br />2. <br />Special Revenue Funds <br />$29,506,703 <br />3. <br />Other Debt Service Fund <br />$ 829,470 <br />4. <br />Capital Projects <br />$16,067,330 <br />S. <br />Enterprise Funds <br />$27,713,735 <br />6. <br />Internal Service Funds <br />$ 9,64311185 <br />SEPTEMBER 8. 1999 <br />-14- <br />
