CHASTAIN <br />AND STAFFED <br />MANAGER OF ASSESS M PROJECTS <br />BY: <br />DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AND <br />PHILIP KEITH CHESSER <br />BACKGROUND <br />Philip Keith Chesser has requested that a temporary service be installed from the water line on 56* <br />Avenue to service his property at 5625 3e Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32966, prior to the <br />installation of a water main on 38t` Street. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The Agreement states that the Indian River County Department of Utility Services shall provide <br />temporary water service to Philip Keith Chesser, until such time that a water line may be <br />constructed on 38`h Street by assessment. Payment of all fees required to make this connection, and <br />participation in the assessment, which may involve reconnecting to this water line as required by <br />the Indian River County Department of Utility Services, has been agreed to by Philip Keith <br />Chesser. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve <br />the attached Agreement with Philip Keith Chesser on the Consent Agenda. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Stanbridge, the Board unanimously approved the <br />Agreement with Philip Keith Chesser, as recommended in the <br />memorandum. <br />RECORDED AGREENIEr1T IS ON FILE <br />IN TAE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />SEPTEMBER 219 1999 <br />25 <br />
