8. APPROVE NON -AD VALOREM DOLLAR BUDGETS <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in this <br />matter. There being none, the Chairman closed the public hearing. <br />ONMOTIONby Commissioner Tippin, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 99-105 approving the non -ad valorem dollar <br />budgets as follows: <br />1. <br />Housing Authority <br />$ 128,094 <br />2. <br />Special Revenue Funds <br />$29,5063,703 <br />3. <br />Other Debt Service Fund <br />$ 829,470 <br />4. <br />Capital Projects <br />$16,067,330 <br />5. <br />Enterprise Funds <br />$27,713,735 <br />6. <br />Internal Service Funds <br />$ 9,643,185 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-105 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />ADOPTING A FINAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1999-2000 <br />FOR CERTAIN NONTAXING FUNDS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has held the <br />necessary budget hearings as provided by Florida law, has considered all expenditures set <br />forth in the budgets, and now determines that adoption of the budgets is in the best interest of <br />the citizens of Indian River County. <br />SEPTEMBER 21, 1999 <br />G00Y <br />33 o1 R� �� <br />
