Napier, SRP , SRA�hl,�yr <br />Right -of -Way Agent <br />SUBJECT: Right -of -Way Acquisition/County Project No. 8803 <br />74 Avenue Improvements <br />Bradshaw Holdings, Inc. <br />DATE: September 27, 1999 <br />An additional thirty feet (301 of right-of-way is needed along the west side of 741" Avenue <br />in conjunction with the 74 Avenue Improvements Project. The owner has executed a <br />contract at a negotiated purchase price of $1.00 per square foot for the RM -6 and A-1 <br />zoned land. This price per square foot is comparable to other similar parcels the County <br />has purchased based upon appraisals or evaluations. <br />The Contract Price is $28,173.00 based upon a total area of 28,173 square feet.
