ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Stanbridge absent) approved the rankings as <br />listed and authorized staff to enter into negotiations for a <br />contract with the number one ranked firm for each library <br />project (Main Library - Dow, Howell, Gilbert Associates and <br />North County Library - Edlund & Dritenbas, Inc. Once a <br />successful contract has been negotiated, it will be brought back <br />to the Board for its consideration. <br />Z.H.
