Island Club Riverside Phase IV -VI Subdivision received <br />preliminary plat approval from the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />June 24, 1999. The project is located along the east bank of the <br />Indian River Lagoon, adjacent to the north property line of <br />Marbrisa PRD in Section 35, Township 31 South, Range 39 East.
