Video applications such video conferencing, remote video monitoring of <br />street intersections or remote county buildings, remote video pictures of beach conditions, etc. will become <br />possible. <br />This agreement is fair to all participants. It carries with_it the pledge to pay Indian River County's part of <br />the maintenance and necessary upgrades of the system. It provides for sharing of costs and revenues based <br />on percentage of ownership by section. The agreement includes a provision for a review of the agreement <br />within one year of operation. <br />This agreement has been approved by the City Council of Vero Beach.
