Kafer, Jr., P.E., County Engini-ork <br />SUBJECT: Roseland Area Stormwater Improvements Order No. 5 to the <br />Professional Civil Services Master Agreement between Carter Associates, Inc. <br />and Indian River County Florida <br />DATE: October 19, 1999 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />On August 4, 1998, at their regular meeting, the Board of County Commissioners authorized the <br />Chairman to execute the Professional Civil Services Master Agreement, between Carter Associates, <br />Inc. and Indian River County, for Stormwater Management Improvements. Attached is Work Order <br />No. 5 for engineering services, drainage design, environmental investigation, permitting, land <br />surveying and related services for the east Roseland Area Stormwater Improvements. <br />RECONM EENDATIONS <br />Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners authorize the Chairman to execute the <br />attached Work Order No. 5. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Tippin, the Board <br />unanimously approved and authorized the Chairman <br />to execute Work Order #5 to the Professional Civil <br />Services Master Agreement with Carter Associates, <br />Inc., as recommended by staff. <br />WORK ORDER #5 IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE <br />OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />NOVEMBER 16, 1999 <br />-144- <br />. <br />
