HUBBS, P.E. <br />DIRECTOR OF UTILITY SE <br />PREPARED and <br />STAFFED BY: <br />GENE RAUTH, OPERATIONS MANAGER C� <br />SUBJECT: <br />RENEWAL OF CONTINUING CONSULTANT <br />SERVICE CONTRACTS FOR WATER AND <br />WASTEWATER SERVICES <br />Approximately two years ago, the Board of County Commissioners contracted with the <br />firms of Camp, Dresser, & McKee and Glace & Radcliffe, Inc., to provide water and <br />wastewater continuing engineering consulting services, respectively. <br />On the 18th of November, 1997, the Master Agreement for services was executed <br />between Glace & Radcliffe and Indian River County, and on November 25, 1997 the <br />Master Agreement for consulting services for water treatment plants was executed <br />between Camp, Dresser, & McKee and Indian River County. <br />The two year contract has been considered as the Master Agreement between the <br />Consultants and the County for continuing consulting treatment services. The team of the <br />contracts has been for two years. This contract has been used on an as -needed basis, with <br />prior Board approval. The project limits have been identified in individual work <br />authorizations prepared by the Department and approved by the Board prior to issuance <br />of any Notice to Proceed.
