ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Stanbridge, the Board <br />unanimously approved the Agreement for <br />Transportation, Treatment and Disposal of Domestic <br />Wastewater Residual with Summit Cove <br />Condominium Associates, Inc. and authorized the <br />Chairman to execute same, as recommended by <br />staff. <br />AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE <br />OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />B.C.
