I <br />BOOK III F,�G-L -30 <br />Commissioner Ginn noted that a public hearing is one of the requirements of the <br />Department of Environmental Protection and the Environmental Protection Agency. <br />Gene Rauth, Operations Manager for the Department of Utility Services, noted that <br />the Department is required to have a Risk Management Plan as well as a plan for the removal <br />of chlorine and alternate disinfection methods. Those plans will be presented to the public <br />at the meeting on January 6, 2000 in the First Floor Conference Room in the County <br />Administration Building. <br />Commissioner Ginn directed staff to publish an announcement in the Press Journal <br />and noted that this meeting will be a function of the Utilities Advisory Committee, not the <br />Board. <br />ZE.
