(FLORIDA <br />HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION) INDUSTRIAL <br />REVENUE BONDS <br />PROOF OF PUBLICATION OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR HEARING IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE <br />CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of November 9, 1999: <br />TO: Members of the Board of County Commissioners <br />DATE: November 9,1999 <br />SUBJECT: TEFRA (TAX EQUITY FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY ACT) HEARING <br />WALKER AVENUE CLUB, LTD. <br />MUSTRIAL REVENUE BOND <br />FROM: Joseph A. Baiii�i <br />OMB Director <br />The Board of County Commissioners at its regular meeting of October 26, 1999 approved <br />holding a TEFRA (Tax Equity Fiscal Responsibility Act) hearing so that Walker Avenue Club, <br />Ltd. can issue Multi -Family Housing Revenue Bonds in an amount not to exceed $9,100,000.00. <br />The principal amount, not to exceed $1,600,000 from the local allocation, will be used by Florida <br />Housing in combination with Florida Housing bond volume allocation in an amount not to <br />exceed $7,500,000.00. <br />Following the Public Hearing, if the Board of County Commissioners wishes to grant Walker <br />Avenue Club, Ltd. the ability to apply for the Industrial Revenue Bond Allocation, the Board <br />must approve the Resolution and authorize the Chairman and staff to sign all necessary <br />documents. <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the Resolution and <br />authorize the Chairman to sign all necessary documents. <br />NOVEMBER 16, 1999 <br />0 <br />-58- <br />0 <br />
