The recq ieut(s) is invited to attend the designated BCC meeting <br />and the chairman of the BCC makes the plaque presentation. The Winter 1999 MOM is a group of vOhmtm <br />residents of Indian River Estates As usual, the plaque and presentation notes for the presenter will be brought tO <br />the BCC office in plenty of time. <br />The SWDD staff requests that the BCC chairman conduct the recycling award preservation during the regular <br />BCC meeting of December 7,1999, recognizing these positive citizen efforts <br />t <br />Jeff Smith, Assistant Utilities Director, presented the 1999 Volunteer Recycling <br />Award to Christina Purinton, Elizabeth Whittall and Winnie McCandlish of Indian River <br />Estates and noted that these ladies have formed their own recycling program and have <br />worked very hard encouraging their fellow residents to recycle. <br />DECEMBER 14, 1999 <br />-3- BOOK PtiGE <br />
