,y <br />BOOK iii PAGE 589 <br />I1 is requested that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of County <br />Commissioners at its regular meeting of December 14, IM. <br />DESCREMON <br />Windsor final planned development (PD) plat 16 (Town Hall) is a replat of a portion of Windsor <br />Phase I. The replat consists of .S acres and establishes a single tract and rlgbt-of-way. The trod is <br />being Platted as the site foraTown Hall. The Town Hall is presently under construction, and located <br />on the east side of Windsor's village area The right -0f -way is being platted for road. utility, and <br />Pig PurpoSes, and connects into an existing infiastrucMm network, <br />At its regular meeting of December 10, 1998, the Phnming and Zoning Commission granted <br />Preliminary PD Plan/Plat approval for Windsor Plat 16, which provided for the replat and <br />consmMm of the Town Hall. The applicant, Windsor Properties, Inc., Is now requesting final plat <br />approval, through its agent, Knight, McGuire & Associates, Inc,, and has submitted the following. <br />1. A final plat in conformance with the approved preliminary PD PW (plat for the <br />mplat <br />2 A certified engineer's cost estimate for the remaining required improvements. <br />3. A contract for construction for the remaining required improv. <br />4. A cash escrow agreement to guarantee the contract for duction. <br />The applicant has constructed most of the required improvement& but will need to bond -out some <br />minor improvements. These minor improvements include drainage and curbing work. The certified <br />cost estimate has been.approved by the Public works and utility Services Departments. The <br />contract for construction has been reviewed and approved by the County Attorney's Office. All <br />requirements of final plat approval have been met <br />Based on the analysis, staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners: <br />1. Grant final plat approval for the Windsor Plat 16 (Town Hall) replat, and <br />2 Authorize the Chairman to sign the contract ft construction and cash escrow <br />agreement. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Grin, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Stanbridge, the Board, by a 4-0 <br />vote (Commissioner Adams absent) unanimously <br />granted final plat approval for the Windsor Plat 16 <br />(Town Hall) replat and authorized the Chairman to <br />sign the contract for construction and cash escrow <br />agreement, as recommended by staff. <br />DOCUMENTATION IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE <br />OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />DECEMBER 14, 1999 <br />
