I <br />6008 i i I PAGE 59,3 <br />The developer, Brandon Capital Corporation, obtained preliminary plat approval for the replat on <br />February 11, 1999. The developer is now requesting final plat approval and bas submitted a final <br />plat that is in conformance with the approved preliminary plat. <br />No new improvements were necessary to serve the replatted lots; therefore. no land development <br />permit was required for the replat. Consequently, • no certificate of completion, contract for <br />construction, warranty and maintenance agreement, or bonding is required. All departments have <br />reviewed and approved the form and substance of the final plat. All requirements of final plat <br />approval have been satisfied <br />Based on the above analysis, staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve <br />the final plat. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Stanbridge, the Board, by a 4-0 <br />vote (Commissioner Adams absent) unanimously <br />approved Brandon Capital Corporation's request for <br />final plat approval to Replat Lots 28 and 29 of the <br />Village of Lexington (Lake -In -The -Woods), as <br />recommended by staff. <br />DECEMBER 14, 1999 <br />
