Durrett & William E. Connelly <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />An additional thirty feet (30') of right-of-way is needed along the west side of 43i0 Avenue <br />In conjunction with the Oslo Road and 4310 Avenue Intersection Improvements Project. <br />The owner has executed a contract at a purchase price of $18,000.00 per acre for the RS - <br />3 and A-1 zoned land. This price per acre is comparable to other similarly zoned parcels <br />the County has purchased based upon appraisals or evaluations. <br />The Contract Price is $16,020.00 based upon a total area of .89 acre. There are no <br />appraisal or attorney fees. As noted in the contract, the County will be responsible for re- <br />pairing the grove drainage, If damaged during the construction process. <br />RFCOMMFNDATIONS AND FUNnINQ <br />Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners approve the $16,020.00 purchase. <br />and authorize the Chairman to execute the contract. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Stanbridge, the Board <br />unanimously approved the purchase in the amount of <br />$16,020 and authorized the Chairman to execute the <br />contract with Forrest M.
