ALTFRNATTVFS AND ANALYSTS <br />The waiver request has been reviewed by staff and appears to meet the criteria of Section <br />930.07(2)(d)4. of the Stormwater Management and Flood Protection Ordinance for lots located in <br />the Vero Lake Estates Municipal Services Taxing Unit. <br />Grant the cut and fill balance waiver based on the criteria of Section 930.07(2)(d)4. <br />AltPrnntivn Mn 7 <br />Deny the cut and fill waiver. Require an on site retention area be provided to compensate for the <br />proposed floodplain displacement. <br />Staff recommends approval of Alternative No. 1. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Stanbridge, the Board <br />unanimously granted the floodplain cut and fill <br />balance waiver to Tozzolo Brothers Construction for <br />Lot 6, Block 13, Vero Lake Estates, Unit 2, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />JANUARY 4, 2000 <br />
