RESOLUTION 2000-001- DIRECTING COUNTY DEPOSITORIES TO <br />HONOR CERTAINAUTHORIZED SIGNATURES ON COUNTY WARRANTS <br />AND OTHER ORDERS FOR PAYMENT <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Stanbridge, the Board <br />unanimously adopted Resolution2000-001 directing <br />County Depositories to honor certain authorized <br />signatures on County Warrants and other orders for <br />payment. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 001 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, DIRECTING COUNTY DEPOSITORIES TO <br />HONOR CERTAIN AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES ON <br />COUNTY WARRANTS AND OTHER ORDERS FOR <br />PAYMENT. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County <br />on January 4, 2000, held an election for the offices of Chairman and Vice <br />Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners; and <br />WHEREAS, the County Commission did nominate and select as <br />Chairman Fran B. Adams and as Vice Chairman <br />_Caroline n_ Ainn ;and <br />WHEREAS, Jeffrey K. Barton was elected Clerk of the Circuit Court of <br />Indian River County effective December 31, 1988, also serves as a Clerk to the <br />Board of County Commissioners, pursuant to Section 125.167, Florida Statutes; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, it is now necessary to reinstruct the County's depositories as <br />to the signatures necessary to honor County warrants, checks, or other orders <br />for the payment of money drawn in the Commission's name, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that: <br />JANUARY 4, 2000 <br />-23- BON, i i FAGS T!5) <br />
